At the Dildo in Chief store by Cunning Lingo LLC, we take pride in the quality of our products and ensure that the items you receive are new, clean, and have been handled with the utmost care. Because of this, we only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to report the issue.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or general dissatisfaction. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy criteria.

How to Return

Contact us to initiate a return. Please include your order number, a description of the defect, clear photos or a short video showing the defect.
We’ll provide you with instructions for sending your item back.
